Thinking about buying or selling in Southeast Georgia? Start with someone who grew up here, and who taught school here for 34 years. I'm Julie Mock, a REALTOR® with Weichert, Realtors® - Webb & Associates.
I help buyers, sellers, families moving in, and investors. My job is to keep the plan clear, keep the facts straight, and make the next step easy to see.
Since 2023 I have closed over $7.4M in sales across 32 transactions. That includes $4.3M in the past year, on both the buyer side and the seller side. I work from 95 Bel-Air Dr., Statesboro, GA 30461, and my Georgia real estate license is #430345. Call or text me at 912-420-1663, or email julie@southeastgarealestate.com.
I work 10 main counties in upper Southeast Georgia. That takes in the I-16 corridor. The 10 are Bulloch, Bryan, Candler, Effingham, Emanuel, Evans, Jenkins, Screven, Tattnall, and Toombs. I cover 13 more. Those are Appling, Burke, Chatham, Glynn, Jefferson, Johnson, Laurens, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Montgomery, Treutlen, and Wayne. That makes 23 in all. I sell homes, land, new builds, waterfront, and commercial. One ask: check anything that would change your mind. Utilities, flood risk, insurance, the school it feeds, and how it is zoned.
Before real estate, I taught school for 34 years. Most of that was in the Tattnall County School System. I taught at Glennville Elementary and at Reidsville Elementary. I also hold a master's degree from Georgia Southern, in early childhood.
Teaching taught me to explain hard things simply, plan ahead, and follow through. That is what a first-time buyer needs. It is also what a seller on a deadline needs. I am retired from the classroom now, and I bring the same patience to every file.
Licensed in Georgia since February 2023. License #430345.
How Julie helps
Different situations, one practical process
Buyers
I help you set your must-haves. Then we compare homes honestly, and move through the loan, the inspection, and closing with fewer surprises.
Sellers
Most sellers need three things. A prep list. Real pricing context. And a plan that fits the next move. My job is to keep those decisions organized.
Relocation clients
Moving in from out of town? We narrow the map fast and plan tight tour days. We check the practical things first: internet, insurance, and drive times.
Land and commercial clients
Land, acreage, and commercial follow a different checklist. I raise the right questions early. You will know what to check, and when.
Working together
What the process usually looks like
1. Clarify the timing and priorities
One short talk usually covers it. Your move date. Your price range. The counties you like. And the trade-offs that matter most.
2. Build the next-step plan
That might be a saved search or a county shortlist. It might be a valuation talk, a guide, or a tour plan. It depends on where you are.
3. Stay grounded during due diligence
I help you compare your options honestly. And I keep the checking focused on what really affects your choice.

How much real estate has Julie Mock sold?
Julie has closed over $7.4M in sales since 2023, across 32 transactions. That includes $4.3M in the past year. She works both the buyer side and the seller side.
What did Julie Mock do before real estate?
She taught school for 34 years. Most of that time was in the Tattnall County School System. She taught at Glennville Elementary School and at Reidsville Elementary School. She holds a master's degree in early childhood education from Georgia Southern University.
What kinds of clients does Julie work with?
Buyers, sellers, folks moving in, and investors. The property types run from homes and new builds to land, acreage, waterfront, and commercial.
How do we get started?
Send a short message or call. Tell me your timing, your price range, the counties you are weighing, and what matters most. That is enough to build the right next step.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we look at homes?
Not always, but it helps. A pre-approval saves time, sets a real budget, and makes your offer stronger when the right home shows up.
Can Julie help with relocation from out of state?
Yes. Julie can compare counties with you, set up saved searches, run virtual tours, and plan an efficient showing day for your visit.
What should buyers and sellers verify on their own?
Check the property details and the utilities. Check what insurance will cost, and whether it sits in a flood zone. Check the school it feeds and how it is zoned. Check anything else that would change your mind.
